4.1 Pricing

4.2 Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads and streamed content, the following products are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

4.3 Refund Policy — Services

• Workshops & Webinars: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a credit note valid for a future CogniDarn event of equal value. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, and no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

• Programs: Program cancellations are subject to individual program terms communicated at the time of enrolment. Please refer to your programme agreement for specific terms.

• Comprehensive Neuro-Sensory Reports & Neural Integration Plans: Once the assessment process has commenced (including intake forms received, sessions scheduled, or clinical hours invested), fees paid are non-refundable due to the nature of the clinical work involved.

• Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

4.4 Payment Methods & Security

Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. CogniDarn does not store your full card or banking details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorised account holder or have permission to use the payment method provided.

CogniDarn shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations — including the cancellation or postponement of live events, delays in report delivery, or temporary unavailability of digital content — arising from causes beyond our reasonable control. • Mediation First: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine and good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through amicable mediation or negotiation, within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing.

• Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Pune, Maharashtra.
