Legal Disclaimer
1. No Medical Advice
The information, content, and materials provided on this website, in our digital products (including but not limited to e-books, video series, and the "Calm Brain" music series), and during our services (workshops, webinars, and reports) are for educational and therapeutic guidance purposes only.
Devyna Lembard is a Neuropsychologist, Nutritionist, and Autism Expert. However, the content provided by CogniDarn does not constitute medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or a physician-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician, neurologist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or the specific health needs of your child.
2. Nature of Neurodevelopmental Progress
As clearly stated in our clinical protocols: "Brain plasticity is not set in stone." Biological and neurological changes are inherently unpredictable. While our methods, including Quantum Reflex Integration (QRI®) and Sensory Integration, are based on evidence-based best practices, CogniDarn makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, timelines, or "cures." The success of any program depends on the individual child’s Central Nervous System (CNS) response and the parent's consistent implementation of recommendations.
3. Nutritional and Biological Disclaimer
Our "Whole-Body and Brain Disorder" approach involves nutritional suggestions and metabolic insights. These are intended to optimize the biological environment for neural growth.
-
Nutritional recommendations (including gluten/casein sensitivity or supplementation) should be discussed with your child’s primary physician before implementation.
-
CogniDarn is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from dietary changes or the administration of supplements.
4. Digital Products & Therapeutic Music
The "Calm Brain" Music Series utilizes specific auditory frequencies designed for sensory modulation.
-
These frequencies are therapeutic tools and should be used according to the provided instructions.
-
CogniDarn is not liable for any sensory overstimulation or emotional outbursts that may occur as a child’s brain adapts to new auditory inputs. Use these products at your own discretion and monitor your child’s response closely.
5. Personal Responsibility
By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily making changes to your child’s environment, diet, and daily routine. You assume full responsibility for the use or misuse of the information provided. CogniDarn Therapeutics International Pvt Ltd, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the application of our protocols.
6. Testimonials and Samples
Any "Sample Reports," case studies, or testimonials showcased on this website are actual results from previous clients but do not represent a "typical" experience. Every child is unique, and your child's results will vary based on their specific neurological profile.
7. Jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you must not purchase our products or engage in our services.
