NeuroHeal Discovery Call — Booking Terms & Conditions CogniDarn Therapeutics International Pvt Ltd | Last Updated: February 2026 About the Session The NeuroHeal Discovery Call is an introductory clinical consultation designed to identify your child's unique neurodevelopmental challenges and explore personalised NeuroHeal pathways. It is not a formal clinical assessment, medical diagnosis, or treatment plan, and does not constitute an ongoing therapeutic relationship. Booking & Payment Your session is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Booking confirmation and your video call link will be sent to your registered email within 2 hours of payment. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via our third-party gateway; CogniDarn does not store your card details. Pre-Session Requirements A pre-session intake questionnaire will be sent upon booking and must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may limit the depth of your session. No refund or reschedule will be offered in this circumstance. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy 48+ hours' notice: One-time reschedule within 30 days. No cash refund. Less than 24 hours' notice: Session fee forfeited in full. No-show or late arrival (15+ mins): Session fee forfeited. No reschedule offered. No Refunds The Discovery Call booking fee is strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, you accept this policy without reservation. Confidentiality All information shared during your session is treated as confidential clinical data under the DPDP Act, 2023. Client-side recording of any session is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from CogniDarn. Liability CogniDarn's liability is limited to the session fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect loss or decisions made based on session guidance without appropriate follow-on assessment. Consent By booking, you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian, all information provided is accurate and given in good faith, and you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
