Cancellation Policy

NeuroHeal Services — Booking Terms & Conditions CogniDarn Therapeutics International Pvt Ltd | Last Updated: February 2026 Scope These Terms apply to all NeuroHeal bookings including the Discovery Call, 1:1 Consultations, SpeechSync (all 7 pillars), NeuroActivate Intensive, and the NeuroHeal 5 Day Challenge. Completing payment confirms full acceptance of these Terms. Payment All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via our third-party gateway. CogniDarn does not store card details. Confirmation and access details are sent to your registered email within 2 hours of payment. No Refunds — Programmes & Digital Content All digital programmes, including SpeechSync, NeuroActivate Intensive, and the 5 Day Challenge, are strictly non-refundable once access is granted. Cancellations — Live Sessions & Consultations 48+ hours' notice: one-time reschedule within 30 days. Under 24 hours or no-show: fee forfeited in full. No cash refunds on any NeuroHeal service. Once a programme has commenced, no refund or credit will be issued. Pre-Session Intake questionnaires must be submitted 24 hours before your session. Non-submission may limit session scope. No refund or reschedule will be offered as a result. Clinical Disclaimer NeuroHeal services are educational and therapeutic in nature. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, formal assessment, or emergency care, and do not replace your child's existing healthcare team. Outcomes vary by individual. Confidentiality & Recording All sessions are strictly confidential. Client-side recording is prohibited without prior written consent. CogniDarn complies fully with the DPDP Act, 2023. Liability CogniDarn's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked. We are not liable for indirect loss or therapeutic outcomes. Consent By booking you confirm you are 18+, the parent or legal guardian of any child discussed, and that all information provided is accurate and in good faith. Governed by the laws of India.
