These Terms apply to all CogniDarn digital product purchases, including e-books, trackers, worksheets, guides, and any other downloadable or streamed content. Completing your purchase confirms full acceptance of these Terms.

Payment & Access

All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via our third-party gateway. CogniDarn does not store your card details. Your download link or access details will be sent to your registered email within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

No Refunds

All digital product purchases are strictly non-refundable once access or download has been granted. By purchasing, you acknowledge the instant-delivery nature of digital content and waive your right to cancel on this basis. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing payment.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered only where: the file is corrupt and a working replacement cannot be provided within 5 business days; you were charged incorrectly; or a duplicate transaction occurred. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [Your Email Address] with your order ID and supporting evidence.

Licence

Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable, personal licence for non-commercial use only.
